Studio Information
Our studio is located in West Galt, in the beautiful city of Cambridge. Studio sessions are available year-round and outdoor sessions are typically available from May - November (weather permitting). However, if you're interested in an outdoor winter session, we'd be happy to book you in. Sessions are usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance with the exception of the holiday season when the studio is the busiest.
A few details about the studio...

All sessions are by appointment only. Family sessions are only available outdoors from May - November.

Outdoor sessions are available on weekday evenings (Spring-Fall) as well as Saturday and Sunday evenings throughout the summer.

Due to the layout of the studio space, please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before your session.

Contracts and Model releases are required to be filled in by all clients.

There is a dog at our home studio. He's very friendly, and although he's not allowed in the studio area, you may want to book an outdoor session if you have allergies.

It is a studio policy that we do not release RAW or untouched images to clients.
Payments
E-transfers, Paypal, and Cash are accepted at this time. Transfers and Paypal payments must be received within a minimum of 24hrs. before your session time. Cash payments are due at the beginning of your session. A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking with the exception of event days. Your session is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Client Galleries
Online Galleries are active for 2 weeks. You will receive a reminder email one week before your gallery will expire. Once you have completed your order your images will be emailed to you within a couple of days. There is a $25 fee to reactivate an expired gallery. For print and other product orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please do not save your gallery images or screenshot your photos.

Late Policy
As a mom of 2, I understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Although I will do my best to accommodate you with your remaining session time, your session will need to end as scheduled. For outdoor sessions, we will only remain at the location for 15 minutes past your session start time.
The amount of time you are late will be deducted from your session time (If you are 20 minutes late and have booked an hour session your session will now be 40 minutes long).

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 48 hrs. notice for cancellation when possible. Any clients that cancel without notice will be required to pay their session fee in full at the time of rebooking.
