Studio Information

Covid-19 Studio Update

We will be making our clients safety our top priority by making the following changes to our studio: 

  • At this time all sessions will be held outdoors where social distancing measures can be in place

  • Sessions will be scheduled with breaks between clients. There will be no overlapping of clients either before or after a session

  • No payments will be accepted at the time of the session, all session fees must be paid in advance. 

  • Props will be kept to a minimum and any props that are used will be disinfected and quarantined for a minimum of 48 hours. 

  • If you or any member of your family that is attending the session is feeling ill, please reschedule your session. Rescheduling fees will be waived for the time being.

Sessions are usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance with the exception of the holiday season when the studio is the busiest.

All sessions are by appointment only. 

On-location sessions are available weekday evenings and Saturday and Sunday throughout the day. 

When booking a children's session please try and avoid scheduling your photos during nap time if at all possible. Due to the layout of the studio space, please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before your session. Phone photos are NOT permitted during your session. 

Contracts and Model releases are required to be filled in by all clients.

I have a dog at my home. He's very friendly and although he's not allowed in the studio area, if you have allergies you may want to book a session on location instead.

EMTs, Paypal and Cash are accepted at this time. EMT's and Paypal must be received a minimum 24hrs. before your session time. A 20% retainer is required at time of booking with the exception of event days. Your session is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. Sessions will not begin until they have been paid in full. 

Client Galleries - Event Days

Online Galleries for event days are active for 2 weeks. You will receive a reminder email one week before your gallery will expire. Once you have completed your order your images will be emailed to you within a couple of days.  There is a $25 fee to reactivate an expired gallery. Print orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please do not save your gallery images or screenshot your photos. All galleries have an option to share your images to social media.

Late Policy

Occasionally we all fall behind schedule.  As a mom of two small children, I understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Although I will do my best to accommodate you with your remaining session time,  your session will need to end as scheduled to ensure that the next client starts on time. For location sessions, I will only remain at the location for 15 minutes past your session start time.

 

The amount of time you are late will be deducted from your session time (If you are 20 minutes late and have booked an hour session your session will now be 40 minutes long). 

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 48 hours notice for cancellation when possible. Any clients that cancel without notice will be required to pay their session fee in full at the time of rebooking.
